Terms and Conditions RAR88 – Official Platform Terms of Use

1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "RAR88", "we" or "Platform" refers to the company operating the rar88.app website and all related services. "Member", "you" or "user" refers to any individual who has registered or is using rar88 services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all aspects of rar88 platform usage, including but not limited to account registration, deposit and withdrawal activities, participation in games, use of bonuses and promotions, and all communications with the rar88 team. These terms also apply to the use of the official rar88 mobile app for Android and iOS.

By accessing or using any part of the rar88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document as well as rar88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Membership Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use rar88 services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration. RAR88 takes seriously its responsibility to prevent underage individuals from accessing this platform.
• A valid Malaysian citizen or resident, or an individual accessing the platform from a country where online betting activities are not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Never having been declared bankrupt or barred by a court from entering into valid financial agreements.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme or betting ban imposed by any authority or other platform.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or business entity.

RAR88 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to have one (1) active account at rar88 at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or any other information, are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts along with any balances held within them.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• Notify rar88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring no third party uses your account on your behalf.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all members. Required documents include a valid identity card photo (MyKad) and proof of current address. The KYC process is typically completed within 24–48 business hours.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

RAR88 supports multiple payment methods including online bank transfer (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other methods displayed on the platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: Deposited funds will be credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method selected. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to your chosen payment method and account verification level.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during normal operating hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account held under the same member's name. RAR88 does not process withdrawals to third parties.

• All withdrawals are subject to fulfilment of the applicable wagering (rollover) requirements.
• RAR88 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal request that exceeds certain limits.
• Transactions suspected of involving money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by rar88 are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. General terms applicable to all rar88 promotions are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time and making a qualifying first deposit that meets the minimum requirement.
• Every bonus has a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• RAR88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted if there is evidence of abuse or attempts to manipulate the promotions system.
• Participation in more than one promotion at the same time may be restricted – please check the terms of each promotion individually.
• Bonuses and promotions are subject to change, suspension, or cancellation at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to abuse the rar88 promotions system, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible permanent account closure.

6 Betting and Game Rules

All games available on the rar88 platform use software from licensed providers that are independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness via a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

For sports betting, displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. RAR88 reserves the right to:

• Rejecting, limiting, or cancelling any bet deemed irregular or exceeding set limits.
• Voiding bets placed based on incorrect odds resulting from technical errors.
• Withholding winning payments that are still under review.

Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated bots, or collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7 Member Conduct and Responsibilities

Rar88 members are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and respect toward all other users and platform staff at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, obscene, or threatening language in any rar88 communication channel.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the rar88 platform to others.
• Using a rar88 account for any illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing third parties to access your account.
• Using unauthorized third-party software to access or manipulate the platform.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

RAR88 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the member has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, any valid balance (excluding bonuses whose wagering requirements have not been met) may be returned at RAR88's discretion after the investigation is concluded.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the rar88 customer support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.

9 RAR88 Liability Limits

RAR88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Technical failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Data loss resulting from extraordinary circumstances beyond rar88's control.
• Financial losses arising from valid betting outcomes.

In all circumstances, rar88's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

RAR88 takes the personal data protection of all members seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the rar88 Privacy Policy, which can be read in full at Privacy Policy page of ours. By using this platform, you agree to the data management practices as stated in the Privacy Policy.

All data shared with rar88 is stored on secure servers with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, except as required by applicable law.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

RAR88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this platform. We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via email or in-platform notices; however, the ultimate responsibility to review the latest Terms and Conditions rests with the member.

The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the date of the last amendment. Your continued use of the rar88 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RAR88 holds its licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between the member and the rar88 management team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to mutually agreed arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
